焊接工藝評(píng)定簡(jiǎn)介

焊接工藝評(píng)定(Welding Procedure Qualification Record，簡(jiǎn)稱WPQR)為驗(yàn)證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)過(guò)程及結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)

焊接工藝評(píng)定目的

1.評(píng)定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關(guān)國(guó)家或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)規(guī)范所要求的焊接接頭;

2.驗(yàn)證施焊單位所擬訂的焊接工藝規(guī)程(WPS或pWPS)是否正確。

3.為制定正式的焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術(shù)依據(jù)。

歐盟焊接工藝評(píng)定適用范圍

1.適用于鍋爐，壓力容器，壓力管道，橋梁，船舶，航天器，核能以及承重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等鋼制設(shè)備的制造、安裝、檢修工作;2.適用于氣焊，焊條電弧焊，鎢極氬弧焊，熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊，埋弧焊，等離子弧焊，電渣焊，螺柱焊，激光焊，壓力煋等焊接方法

焊接工藝評(píng)定過(guò)程

1.預(yù)焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書(Preliminary Welding Procedure Specifcation，簡(jiǎn)稱PWPS):

2.施焊試件和制取試樣;

3.檢驗(yàn)試件和試樣;

4.測(cè)定焊接接頭是否滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的使用性能;

5.提出焊接工藝評(píng)定報(bào)告對(duì)擬定的焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書進(jìn)行評(píng)定。
